My greatest supporters were my amazing parents, who dealt with my best and worst moments over the past four years. I'd also like to thank my grandfather, Charles, who was the main reason I was able to afford to come to Saint Mary's. My rugby teammates also supported me through thick, and thin, and my four years would not have been the same without them.
Favorite Saint Mary's Memory
My favorite memory at Saint Mary's was in my first year, at a rugby tournament held by CSU Monterey Bay. Our team went in it planning on just having fun, as we had no time to practice leading up to it. We ended up winning the tournament, which really was just the cherry on top for an amazing day filled with playing, and bonding with each other. Jill Eicher was our amazing coach that day!
My Next Chapter
Over the next year, I will be working as an EMT for Contra Costa County, while preparing to apply to nursing programs, hoping to gain either a second Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree in nursing.
