Favorite Saint Mary's Memory
My favorite memory of SMC is working in the Human Performance Lab. In Exercise Physiology and Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription, our class carried out lab tests and techniques to apply what we have learned into real life setting. We did VO2Max tests on the bike and treadmill, hydrostatic weighing in the tank, and even created our own fitness experiment at the end of the semester.
My Next Chapter
After SMC I will work at a physical therapy clinic, as well as take a few more classes before eventually going to PT school.
